I am supposed to like this game. I SHOULD like this game. It's fast, intuitive, clever, and unique. It has mechanics that serve multiple purposes.

And yet I am repelled. I put it down faster than I pick it up. Is it because it's too slippery, too wiggly? Or maybe because I can't stop asking, “Why am I wearing...gun boots?”
