I do gotta say that this game is fairly impressive for an early Atari 2600 game, and was definitely pretty influential in pretty much forming the blueprint for the 'Adventure' game genre which was evolved to this day.

That said... you can definitely tell it's an early Atari 2600 game, and not even just due to the graphics. Quest 1 of the game is short as hell and can be beaten in 5-10 minutes once you know what you're doing, which I guess to be fair is par for the course for Atari games, and playing Quest 2 you can definitely tell this game was sort of pushing the system. I respect the ambition of course, especially for the technology, but this game has some pretty bad flickering when there's more than 3 sprites on screen (including collectibles) and it felt like certain items would get stuck in the walls without any way to retrieve them without either praying to RNGesus and hoping the bat would collect the item and place it somewhere else or just resetting the game entirely. Then there's Quest 3 which is just the second quest but all the items are randomized.

It's a decent romp, especially if you are into video game history and are interesting in experiencing one of the earliest blueprints to Adventure games, but if you do so just remember that this was an early Atari 2600 game.
