You've heard it a million times, gameplay is meh, and is carried by its story, characters and soundtrack. The charm from the previous Paper Mario games is still here and there were quite a bit of laughs. I did not bother trying to finish the Pit of 100 trials or collect everything due to it being very repetitive and unrewarding. All you want to do in this game is play through the story and call it. I am sad at the fact that there won't be any games similar to the first three in terms of charm now that I finally played them. Oh well. I will play Origami King at some point and see for myself.
