The first truly consistantly fantastic package in the Xenoblade games for me. I love all of the games but they all have respective issues in my mind.
Xenoblade 1: Some very bland parts of the stories, the worst cast out of the bunch.
Xenoblade 2: Insanely inconstant quality, when it's good, it's the best game in the series, and when it's bad, it's drop worthy. Very unintutive clusterfuck of a combat system.
Xenoblade 3: Very clearly rushed at the final act, and a pretty damn slow start.
Future Connected: exist for a tiny bit of lore and has nothing important in it (doesn't deserve to be here)
Torna: Made for the ending sequence. A fuckload of filler to pump out the story of a game that doesn't really have a reason to be more than 5 hours long.
This game feels like it earns it's worth. Refines the XC3 combat system to make it very concise with still a cool amount of customization. Cool progression system that pushes towards exploration.
A great party, a baller ass final dungeon. I don't really have much to complain about here.
I don't like the construction shit, gives me flashbacks to field skills, but I never actually had to look for stuff. So I don't really know if that counts as a problem.
love you monolith babe. I'll be waiting patiently for xenosaga 2 remaster.
