Somehow even worse than the 3D Pokémon games that came before it.
We didn't need another Kanto remake. Kanto is still boring as hell. There's no difficulty whatsoever. The simplified battle mechanics are awful. Most of the combat depth has been taken out. The story is worse than the original.
There are forced motion controls. There's a $60 accessory that only works with this game and Mew is locked behind it. The graphics are underwhelming. Load times when entering/exiting a building are noticeably long. The remixed soundtrack is forgettable. Only having access to the original 151 Pokémon sucks.
