absolutely not the pile of dogshit people make it out to be, but really isn't as good as 1 and 3. has some cool bossfights and areas, but also some of the worst in the entire series, and the new adaptability feature does not help with those at all. overall, good game, but nothing that'll blow your mind like ds1 and 3 may.
