Jusant is a climbing adventure reminiscent of Journey in a lot of ways. The world is a dry and barren place but climbing the mountain gives you a shred of hope that there is a way to fix things. There’s no dialogue but records of life in the hovels are apparent through scrolls and diaries. You battle weather and timing on your climb up with many little side paths to take that lead to shrines and other collectables. I loved going off the beaten path as sometimes it wasn’t clearly marked and led me to some beautiful places. I definitely recommend this one if you’re looking for a visually striking game without violence. It’s awesome to see a non narrative heavy game from Don’t Nod.
