Every time I see one of these, I think that it could and should be a modern update on the Gals Panic games. Some anime tiddies with some modern Qix gameplay. I'm always reminded of that old doujin game I found, GalPaniX, that actually did modernize (for the time) Qix with anime tiddies and added current mechanics. It made Qix fun again! But these games are never what I hope for. It's always just bog standard and weak Qix with weak art. The art isn't even lewd in this one. Also it takes like half an hour to beat the entire game.
