It's a LEGO game. Again. I played the very first one, which I think was Star Wars, and I really enjoyed the collecting and the various minigames, but it's kind of remarkable how this game is literally exactly the same as the originals from like 15 years ago. Even has the same pointless little combat that's just in the way and adds nothing fun. Smash everything to collect studs, hold button sometimes to automatically build something, watch animation and repeat, for every game in this franchise. It can be a nice little diversion when you get it for "free" with PS+ and have a day to kill, but it's not what you might call compelling gaming with depth. Since I don't really care about comic book villains, this game got older faster for me than others may have.
