Genuinely incredible visuals and sound design in this game, but I had mixed feelings about the gameplay. Combat was fairly simple and less frequent than the original, puzzles were about the same as the original (though there were some cool reality-bending special effects during those puzzles). Story was pretty good, but I'd say the game was more concerned with delivering tone and visuals than it was with telling a story. There were a lot of "hold forward and listen to dialogue" sequences and the ending was kinda abrupt. I had a good time and I'm willing to give it four-stars, but I'm kinda disappointed that it wasn't more of an evolution on the original.
