Ugh wow. This was just full of filler. You could cut at least like 5 chapters. I don't know if this is gonna be a reoccuring trend, but none of this stuff was really set up in Kiwami.
It's not a bad thing, but they just didn't know how to bring old characters back and introduce plot threads like that, so they stupidly shoehorned it in somehow. Confusing af. The final fight was obviously high kino though, and maybe on a replay in the far far-off future it'll all make sense.
Anyway, I am gonna be open-minded towards Yakuza 3, I do believe Kiryu fucked and Majima keeps cementing himself as the best character ever
