Complete playthrough, up to the point where levels repeat (levels 1-24). A barebones Breakout clone with a light Nintendo skin, Alleyway fails to be particularly compelling in a modern context. With 24 levels (8 layouts, each of which has a static, horizontal scrolling and vertical scrolling variant), it's a decent enough length for a Game Boy game and in its day, I'm sure this could have been a nice little 'timewaster' for those wanting a less mentally demanding puzzle game than Tetris.
