I would mark 4 stars for my initial experience with Overwatch, but it undoubtedly has gone downhill since then. At first I really enjoyed the cast of characters and playing with my friends, but at some point (I think maybe a couple months prior to Wrecking Ball’s release but I’m not really sure) it started to become boring for me because of the nonsensical changes and poor balancing. The events and PVE modes were never too fun for me either. I can still pick up a few heroes and have a fun experience, but those heroes have largely been unchanged since 2016 in terms of gameplay.
