It's pretty tame for a game as controversial as this one. Don't get me wrong, you can do some horrid stuff in here, but it isn't a game that is actively harmful. It's a satire of (among other things) the violence in video games and the media reaction to that subject. As such, it is very over the top in its depiction of violence and controversial topics. So, if you vibe with this type of dark humor, play it; otherwise, I won't recommend it. It's quite boring if you only focus on the main objective, tends to crash, and is filled with jank. But if you like it, you really like it.
