Picross 3D is a really fun and fresh approach to the Picross formula, but with it comes far too many frustrations to make it as satisfying as its 2D counterpart.
Circle and Square hints are a poor alternative to the original system of presenting multiple numbers and some rows and columns straight up lack hints in order to increase the difficulty, leading to situations where the puzzle is unsolvable without sheer guesswork based on what the object currently looks like, when certainty and a process of elimination is the entire point of puzzles like Picross.
