I played this game at launch on Wii U when I was a kid and unlike with my replay of Returns, this basically was a blind playthrough as I remembered almost nothing at all about it. Safe to say though that kid me just could not comprehend how amazing of a video game I was playing because holy shit this is probably one of the most creative games I’ve ever played. Nearly every level had me in complete awe, whether it be from the beautiful attention to detail or the heart-pumpingly tight level design. This and Returns are probably up there for one of the best video game duologies out there and it is a shame that it has yet to be made into a trilogy.
