Maybe a visual novel wasnt the best thing you couldve picked if you cant handle slower stuff that doesnt start doing big things until later. While the game hasnt even really introduced much that far in... a chapter and a half into the story you should at least have had the hotel scene happen and you should probably be around the first hospital infiltration.

I'm familiar with visual novels, this one just hadn't gotten to the point where anything seemed interesting. I had indeed gotten to the hotel scene, and I was not compelled.
