First impressions mean everything, and man this was just a bad one. I got this game a week or two after launch, and was just wowed with how bad the game felt to play. Everything that I found satisfying in the first game was gone. Platforming was floaty and hitting zombies didn't feel like it had the weight of the first game. I was also playing on PS4, so that definitely worsened the experience with eh frame rate. After playing it again this year on a decent PC, I still felt a lot of the issues that I had when I first played it. The story was also incredibly bad, bordering laughable at times, especially the ending that I chose.
