What a solid remake! I've played through the SNES game a few times but this one just looks so good while still staying true to the original. The new pre-rendered cutscenes look great the characters look great and expressive especially Bowser.

Honestly my only complaint is that I found the game to be a bit too easy. Which in part is due to the new combo system, triple moves and the fact you can swap out KO'd party members without having to revive them. The new post game content does add some new challenges that makes up for the easier main game in my opinion.

I'd recommend this to players both who grew up with this game and those who are playing it for the first time!
