The story had pacing issues, most of the bosses are a nightmare to fight against and the substories are incredibly repetitive like 80% of them are just fetch quests. If you're someone who enjoys or prefer the side content in Yakuza games, you'd probably not enjoy this as much as Yakuza 0, as this game pretty much felt like Yakuza 0, but worse in (almost) every aspect.
This game definetly has alot of issues but it was still a pretty pleasant experience. I loved Majima Everywhere and the new XP system, I still love real estate and the cabaret club from Yakuza 0 much more but the Majima Everywhere system is still really really good. The main story although having pacing issues was still pretty good i'd say, the pacing definetly got better around the end.
