Not just an amazing sequel but an absolute perfect platformer as well, DKC2 is one of those few games where every inch of it is just brimming with polish, care, and love. Diddy and Dixie both feel fantastic to control, the levels are varied and challenging to complete, but satisfying once you do, and the soundtrack is just about as perfect as it could possibly be. I can safely say that this is just about as good as games get, and very few have been able to even come close to DKC2 after almost 3 decades.
