Nuclear Winter feels like a lackluster update all things considered. Not offering enough compared to what proceeded it to bump up my 76 rating. More vaults is fun, lot of items... a battle royal mode? I can't really blame them for that however since it was popular around this time I suppose. Overall nice stuff to have, not as expansive as Wild Appalachia.
