Adding apartment like conditions, landlords, roommates, and lot of objects and interaction related to living in a smaller, and shared living environment. Reputation and "social class" where also present here mostly in the form of lot value, and reputation being based on how you sims treated other determined how they would be treated; a very in-depth concept I found.
