May it be pure nostalgia, but I played the game for real after I would only play the free content as a kid. The game although charming has major flaws that are unavoidable. Compared to many MMOs there are many quests in Wizard101 but in some worlds its absurd. The quests themselves kill the game in later stages because the quests only vary to (defeat, talk, collect, defeat&collect). Even though you can create decks for new strategies, usually there is just one deck that can sweep everything. Game is fun to play a little but I get burnt out in less than a week whenever I try to come back to it.

Although compared to other Gacha games this clearly stands out for the massive content it harbors, the game falls flat once you see the bigger picture. After you are finished with the story (Extremely Long and Unfulfilling Quests) the game becomes into a regular gacha game where you participate so you can play around with new characters. The developers neglect the community and the community itself has many issues. The main good takeaway I have for this game is that no FF14 quest is boring to me because I had to deal with this horseshit.

One of my first JRPG's, Persona 5 was my entrance ticket into the series and kept my attention the entire way through. Where there are some slow moments and some personal gripes with the story. This is a very solid and enjoyable game. Why else would ATLUS make a bajillion spinoffs of Persona 5?
