PC port's pretty bad, various issues (framerate drops/stutters, random zoom-ins during cutscenes, etc.).
Rockstar launcher and Windows LIVE leftovers not helping the situation much either.
There are some fixes but for me they just ended up breaking the game more, to the point it stopped loading up.
