jokes aside, not really much of a visual novel person at all but this was really really charming. Great characterization, fantastic artwork, a fun sense of humor, there’s just so much love and passion for the series pouring out of this game. Despite being a (I think non canon?) April Fools joke the Social Media team put on Steam for free, this somehow managed to be both incredibly entertaining and endearing. I actually wouldn’t mind Sonic expanding and branching out to try different types of game genres like this, would be very fun to see.
…though I now have the sudden urge to sift through whatever trash cans I come across. I swear there’s gotta be something in them…
