WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Ghostrunner is an injection of adrenaline made into a game. I cannot explain how good this feels to play, when you are immersed and have a split second perfect run. My heart can be heard thumping around !
Ghostrunner's abilities add to the feeling of extreme speed, time blink and parry are just chefs kiss kinda perfect.
The music in this game is also insane, fits the game like a glove and I can vibe to it everyday. A game like this, the music really makes the game so much more real and immersive.
My bias is clear, because I even got into the admittedly barebones story and the boss fight was also interesting and challenging to me.
But ghostrunner earned that bias. I can only review what i experienced and I cannot reduce the score below perfec when a game makes me feel bad that I cannot experience again for the first time.
Absolutely absolutely recommend this challenging speedy groovy run around a cyberpunk world. Get immersed into being a ghostrunner and feel super super cool ;)
