While some things are a bit antiquated (mainly the dice rolls and all the running around), Morrowind is a truly unique experience and Bethesda's best WRPG to date, with Vvardenfall being one of the best sandboxes in the franchise teeming with unusual wildlife and lots of fucked up indivuduals (like the clone harem dude and all the demons). Also you buy a slave to fake a royal bride and can kill your political opponents in the main quest and no one bats an eye which is just insane to me.
