This game really opened my eyes to how impactful a story can be conveyed through gameplay. Is it an acquired taste? sort of, at least in my case. Is it for everyone? fuck no it isn't. The payoff takes a good amount of hours of investing into immersing yourself into the role of a young teenager moving into a japanese rural town and strange events ocurring to you and your friends as the schoolyear progresses. It is a very touching experience and I thoroughly recommend it.
