I'm going to add more to this as subsequent updates to the game are made as I feel it is necessary but WITH THAT IN MIND HERE WE GO:
This is probably one of the better examples of a bunch of different things being handled at once but first and foremost the two driving factors carrying this game forward are the themes centered around codependency, abuse, greed, and all of those forces desperately grasping at the abstract concept of desire with the additional bonus of commentary on the still ongoing pandemic and social collapse. Its very profound how no matter which angle you can look at this story from it always comes off like there's different ways it could be read into and its delightful! Haven't had this much fun with a narrative adventure in a while.
The dynamic of the titular siblings so far is very entertaining. I understand if it can be considered too "quippy" to the chagrin of others but I feel that it is almost a necessity and illustrates the vulnerability being conveyed. The endurance of trauma and one's feelings, nay... desire to be freed of the wounds they cause unto you but also the innate desire to be complacent with the hell you're forced to endure. Even hell can get comfy once you've settled in.
