pollution and whatnot is a major issue but i feel like blaming humanity at large is a very large mistep. I mean, there are very few people that have any say in what happens in their own life, disregarding what happens to ecosystems across the globe. If everyone on the planet simply stopped using electricity, it still would not amass to the amount of junk dumped and created by whatever trillionare company comes to mind first. Debt and capitalism are really the only perpetrators when it comes to world wide destruction like that, and changing it is awfully hard for a large selection of humans who are constantly under the threat of being beaten and imprisoned.
