The saga to find the Bust-A-Move that is colorblind-friendly continues. Is this one it? Well, if it did, it wouldn't have a one-star rating, would it?

So let's cut to the chase, this is basically just Bust-A-Move on the NeoGeo Pocket, meaning that it's gonna have worse graphics than a home console like the Genesis or SNES. With that in mind, my thought process went to: "Perhaps, since the past few games I've played kept reusing the same sprites that gave me issues, I should try a game that CAN'T reuse them!"
Now, I'm not too familiar with the NeoGeo Pocket, this is actually the first game from the NeoGeo Pocket collection I've played. I thought perhaps it would have a more limited color palette, but it turned out to not be the case.

Colorblindness Rating: F
In this title, I can actually differentiate between yellow and orange! Sorta. Heck of a lot easier here than in the previous titles I've played. However, TWO MORE COLOR PAIRS appeared to make my experience miserable: Green/Orange and Grey/Purple. I often kept second-guessing myself when trying to guess if I had one of those colors in the chamber, and I was often wrong most of the time, so not the greatest experience overall.

Good grief. Maybe I'll have better luck elsewhere... Well, not to spoil the next review, but it's probably not going to be what you expect.

I wonder if that's something that future emulators may resolve. It might be worth emailing a developer about it to see if it would even be possible to implement.
