Maybe it's because I have gone several years without playing a proper Triple A style game, but I found Atomic Heart better than how others reviewed it. Combat, graphics, and soundtrack are top notch of course, but the story was terrible. It moved the game along, and that was it. The sense of growing power was satisfying, if maybe a bit too intense with how fast it is if you scavenge a lot. If you're mostly judging whether or not to play based on the trailer campaign, then give it a shot. The cool factor and vibes of the game are really well executed. Plus it's included with game pass.
