The Darksiders franchise is never going to get enough credit for shuffling the deck with every sequel. Easily the weakest entry in the franchise, D3 still comes into its own despite the slow progression, the flawed Souls-like gameplay, and a protagonist that does not live up to the rest of her fellow horsemen/women. By the time the game wraps up, all the gameplay dynamics come alive, and Fury starts to find the seeds of a personality. I really hope this franchise finds a way to continue.
