Comfortably my favorite game of all time and I don't think it'll ever change. The closest thing a flaw the game has is the difficulty. It spikes intensively seemingly randomly and most if not everything you face seems brutal. I'm really bad at games, and I couldn't beat this game alone yet this did not take away from the experience. The story alone is my favorite in fiction and after you beat lobotomy corperation you should definitely play and beat library of ruina or at least read the dialogue segments via lets plays on youtube.
