Not as good as Territory War III, but still good.

Could have been something, but ended up being derivative, clunky, and barely functional when we played.

This really is exceptional value, a rare deviation from the Nintendo default when it comes to digital content. Great work.

I remember being so happy being able to finally build huge Nether portals in Vanilla, lol.

It’s alright, but the new Minecraft updates don’t hit the same anymore. I stick to the older stuff and mods.

Nothing really negative I can think of for this one, I love pixel-art building so I support the new blocks, Parrots are great, and new commands are always fun.

This was an amazing update, adding so much incredible integral content to the game! The trailer for this update is so nostalgic, I remember watching it when it came out and being excited :-:

Look, this update in some aspects is meh - BUT, they added Pandas. I fucking love Pandas to an unhealthy extent, and the 1.14 Panda mob is so goddamn good that I have genuinely made entire mod setups on this version JUST to have them. PANDA! The foxes are also cool, and some of the new blocks and items are great too. I am not a fan of the new textures though, I always use the original ones when I play a version past this update.

This worked for a while, which was awesome, and then stopped working lol.

1.9 is one of the most controversial updates in history, and it’s easy to see why - they changed the classic, simplistic combat system of Minecraft into a silly, convoluted system that destroyed PVP for a lot of servers without options to disable the features, and forced people to completely retune their experiences. It did add some great features, as most updates usually manage to do, like the Elytra and being able to restart the Dragon fight, but ultimately it meddles too much with the core Minecraft formula that still feels odd to me now when I play versions after this update.

For speed-runners this update was immense, and it certainly changed some things in a big way for everyone. I really like the Nether getting more content, it’s just the same as a lot of the newer Minecraft updates in that it often feels strangely lacking and falls far behind what mods are capable of.

Ah, 1.8 - the last update ever for Minecraft before Bedrock and all the stupid changes really began. I like a lot of things in 1.8, but I don’t miss them too badly when I play my main versions like 1.7.10 (with tons of mods).

This update added some cool things, I just wish that Bedrock didn’t suck. I still prefer the older versions of the game, but I do admit the changes to the underwater biomes are great.

This was a solid update, needless to say changing and vastly improving Redstone contraptions forever.

Amazing huge mod, need to properly play it!
