Can only be classified as a perfect remake.
Being one of the people who were sceptical of the remake knowing how special the 2005 re4 is, this remake manages to keep its own identity despite staying true to the og re4. Has some fun easter eggs if you've played the og too. I now have trouble picking which one I like more lol.
Leon is also easily one of gaming's best protagonists. His one liners never disappoint, though I would argue the og re4 ones are still better for the most part, ngl they set the bar really high.
After playing on PC I did another playthrough on the PS5 and it only solidified my love for this game.
