Let's go over the positives first:

The soundtrack kicks absolute fucking ass. My favourite tracks are 'A Stranger I Remain', and 'It Has to be this Way'.

The game still looks very good visually, despite being a decade old now.

The first half of the campaign, and the final boss fight are entertaining.

The dialogue is hilariously ridiculous.

Senator Armstrong, and Sundowner (if you know, you know).

Some cool combo animation.

Now onto the negatives:

The camera, and controls are dogshit. The only way to block certain attacks is by parrying, which has to be pinpoint accurate with the controls.

The game does a poor job in explaining how to do a lot of the moves.

The characters, other than Senator Armstrong, and Sundowner, are dull.

The story does a poor job in building up several characters.

Often times, the game will throw all the worst enemies at you, which will definitely test your patience when you die over, and over.

Overall, it's a mixed bag.
