I don't see how the gameplay in this could even age. What the hell are you talking about?

It's mostly about gunplay and movement. The playable characters move slow and they're like Counter-Strike characters that lack different kinds of movement animations. The guns are hard to control, their recoils are absurdly high. I think the gameplay isn't comfortable like Doom Eternal and Wolfenstein 2. It may not be a good comparison but I think I can only compare with them.
