I was a huge fan of the original risk of rain, and when I saw the shift from 2d to 3d I was a bit nervous that this wouldn't deliver. I couldn't have been more wrong. This game delvers satisfying gameplay from run #1 to run #1000. The dev team puts so much love and care into this, for both casual players and lore divers alike.
