i originally wanted to start red steel 2 but that wasn't working, so i decided to do this because i heard it was really short. I wanted to try it out anyway because i heard interesting things about it. it's a warioware game! for the udraw gamepad! by wayforward!

and it's an alright time, if a bit finicky at times (udraw). all the levels are also themed around different art styles. the style of the comic levels remind me of danny phantom. there's a punk rock style where winning means patrick crowd-surfs and losing means patrick trips and falls on the crowd (basically a different facial expression). and then there's a final level themed around pixel art. shoddy pixel art. i had a real reaction when i saw that i was going to do this in a post so retro world.

it was so short that i'm pretty sure i beat it in half an hour. but I did mess around after and learned that, also like warioware, it had unlockable minigames.

but when i looked this up on backlogged i learnt it had a 3ds port? with an extra level? i think that might be the better version, since it's portable and on a touchscreen. which is a shame since there's no other game like the wii version (warioware with a graphics tablet).
