Gosetsu is the 2nd best character (Tataru is first I will be the No.1 Tataru fan)
Fun little patch but nothing crazy, Nero is 1000% gonna betray everyone and if he doesn't I will be more shocked and have more praise for the game.
Uhh cool that each quest is actually meanigfull now and not just filler & such, everything had a purpose and that was cool. Only rated low because it's basically more set up, some cool ass stuff for sure but it's still only a bit and nothing too crazy.
Nice to have (not)Yda development, and uhh rip Paplymo but he was the most boring Scion anyway, and his death felt meaningless and I felt nothing when he died other than annoyed because they just kinda clearly said it through all the narration and it just felt pointless. Also to bring back the leader of the crystal brave guy and the eyes of Nidhogg just to kill him off instantly felt weak. Also why restrict Alisae to the Rising Stones.... she better get some good focus in Stormblood!
Tataru gave me a outfit in this one though so I kinda have to wear it now forever. I adore Tataru she is the best character.
Overall cool stuff but a few disapoint aspects and also it was seperated into two parts again? and also the first part ended in a very similar way to before the fall part 1... Except Moenbrydas death felt like it made way more sense while Paplymo just kinda felt like he died because the plot needed it.
I also realize I didn't really talk about the first Part but oh welllll or I guess I did? Who knows, Omega was cool fight stuff but shit's gonna get fucked sooner than later, hope it'll be good when it goes down though.
XIV has been alot of fun and I do be really enjoying it. Everything after a Realm Awoken is like 100x better than ARR, and then everything is mostly one upping or building up to something really good, so far XIV has been pretty good at paying off stuff (bar the Ul'Dah stuff in HW) but it do be good, hope that continues
