If you know anything about this game, you know it as that one game with THAT boxart; the one with the drooling 90's comic book villain that calls you a punk and dares you to try to "master the moves to master me!" The game itself is not too bad, to be honest, it just does not do much to stand out from all the other Street Fighter II clones at the time.

The story mode does have your character pull off more and more powerful special moves the further they get, like they're getting stronger as they fight on, there's an instant replay after every fight a few months before Virtua Fighter, and the game just outright shows you a gravestone with "here lies the loser" on the game over screen. It plays well enough to where I was okay with finishing it, which is more than what I could say for Doomsday Warrior. Check it out, it's available on NSO; it's a Jaleco game, of course it's on there.
