The Blandness ruined it. I hated how there was barely any story to the game, plus the generic characters. Every single location was basically like a "help station" and looked like a temporary settlement instead of a permanent settlement. This game took place in the same area as Bowser's Inside Story, yet it doesn't look similar to it at all, which raises a ton of confusion to whether this game is canon or not.
