A fantastic little RPG Maker horror classic. I love the setting and the creativity here, it has a really spooky aura, Garry is a great character and the puzzles are pretty good. Also this remake fixed the true ending problem of the original and I couldn't be happier about it. Besides that, there are a couple of problems. For starters, this game is pretty short, and while you can replay it to find all the endings and play an extra dungeon after the second playthrough I wouldn't really recommend it, since it doesn't feel like a game that's meant to be replayed with how its gameplay works. Also the plot twist, while interesting, comes out too quickly and it's barely given any thought after it's revealed, so it feels kind of shoehorned in. Ib may not be between my favorite RPG Maker games, but it's a worthwhile title on its own and I can see why the fans have it in such high regard. I only have to replay Misao next and I'll finish this little journey of mine.
