Like I stated in my Seasons review, these two games together craft one of the most unique Zelda experiences out there. Especially with the way you link together the secrets.

While I think that Ages has better designed dungeons, puzzles and has a bit more of a story. The game felt a little more convoluted than Seasons. Also the Harp of Ages is a bit less interesting than the Staff of Seasons. But it was still an absolute blast to play despite getting more lost in this game compared to Seasons. Also I never died once while I died like 42 times on Seasons so that probably says a ton on the difficulty between each lol. Labrynna and Veran were fine additions and I enjoyed them. And I love Nayru but prefer Din. I felt like the main city area was better utulized here than in Seasons. I linked my games and beat the true final bosses and got the true ending.

Basically what I'm saying is that while both games have their drawbacks they both still excel in other things strongly. When linked it becomes a 2 part unforgettable adventure. So I think both are masterpieces in their own rights. Look at my seasons review if you're curious.
