The best city building game in the market currently.To fully enjoy it you will need to buy some Dlc (Parklife, Industries are essential IMO) because the vanilla version feels a bit empty.
You can play the game as intended with limited money and buildings,roads and services(police, healthcare, transport etc.)that unlock after you reach an centrain population or play sandbox with no limitations.
The game is relatively easy to learn but it has a bit of a learning curve to master it.If you don't have an experience in city builders your first city will be a mess but don't worry and get discouraged about it.
There is also a big modding community for Pc players with multiple mods and assets that can transform your game if your Pc can handle it.
