Its a slow paced story game, you're supposed to interact with the environment for story-telling purposes and moments of life that dont need to be conveyed with words. If you found this boring, these may not be your style of games and that's okay. But this was not boring!

This left such an impression on my heart that even Life is Strange 2 didn't hit. The characters are written very human, there's intent, its a much more complicated topic with mostly all adults. Nuance, grief, hard choices and its not a simple little fun story. And its unfair to compare this to the main LiS games. We need this Trans representation, this is such an important story. I cried at the end, I highly recommend people play this and experience this small town in Alaska. The Indigenous rep and thoughtfulness put in here, to be true to the culture out there, the beautiful scenery. You even do a little fishing!

It's gay and queer and I hope more games come out like this. Humans are messy and dont articulate feelings well either, and I think this game captures so much while still giving you puzzles and fun little quirky games.
I could SMELL Sam's dock marine garage, it felt like my own dad when he'd work in his garage. I've known people like Tessa, like Michael. Please do not discredit this wonderful game. I highly recommend it.
