Kabus 22 is a third-person action game set in an atmosphere of survival horror. Designed by the independent Turkish studio Son Işık, the game was inspired by works of the genre such as the Silent Hill series and Resident Evil. Kabus 22 takes us to the dark neighborhoods of Istanbul. The story revolves around the three main characters, Demir, Ebru and Inzar, in an area full of horrible monsters. Their mission is to constantly fight against the monsters. Each of the controlled characters has different combat abilities. Inzar is the most interesting in this respect, as he is the only one who can use six types of magic. Ebru, 26, is the only one who is good with a pistol, in contrast to Demir, who is proficient with many types of weapons. Alongside the action-packed story, simple logical puzzles challenge the player and allow them to move into new areas of the game. The makers of Nightmare 22 have tried to faithfully recreate the historical buildings of Istanbul. Despite the low budget of the producers, the game has Turkish and English voice acting.
