NieR:Automata is a beautiful game that tells a tragic story about the war between androids and machines, and the importance of humanity. The combat is tight, the characters and world building are wonderful, it has beautiful music, and the endings are beautiful, especially after the credits of Ending E, it's a really nice touch

There are a few minor things that hold it back for me from being five stars, and that's with Route B, aka 9S' story. The beginning section doesn't have checkpoints, so if you die or get the joke ending, you start all the way back to the beginning. And there's the factory mission in which I'm not going to spoil, kind of frustrated me

If you love NieR Replicant, you'll definitely love this game. It is a must recommend for any action RPG fan and Platinum Games' fan alike
